Community Guidelines

1. Respect and consent

Treat other users as people, not profiles. Respect boundaries, pronouns, identities and decisions to stop communicating. A match or previous date is never consent to sexual activity, intimate images or continued contact.

2. No minors

LOVELIQ is 18+ only. Do not create accounts for minors, seek sexual contact with minors, sexualize minors, or share/request sexual material involving anyone under 18.

3. Harassment, stalking and threats

No threats, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, coordinated harassment, doxxing, coercion, blackmail or attempts to intimidate another user.

4. Discrimination

Do not target or demean users based on protected or personal characteristics. Dating preferences are not a licence to harass, humiliate or encourage hatred toward others.

5. Intimate content

Do not share or threaten to share intimate images of another person without their consent. Do not pressure another user to create or send intimate content. Canada's Criminal Code addresses knowingly publishing, distributing, transmitting, selling, making available or advertising an intimate image without consent.

6. Fraud and impersonation

No romance scams, investment scams, fake emergencies, identity deception intended to cause harm, forged verification, phishing or requests for passwords or financial credentials.

7. Commercial and transactional solicitation

LOVELIQ is for personal dating/community connections. Do not use it to advertise, purchase, arrange or facilitate unlawful sexual services, trafficking, illegal goods, or other unlawful transactions. Commercial spam and mass solicitation are also prohibited.

8. Safety reports

Report suspected abuse to abuse@xorvaniq.ca or through the test report buttons. Do not resend illegal intimate or child sexual abuse material as “evidence”; describe where it appears instead.

9. Enforcement

Actions can include warnings, feature restrictions, removal from discovery, suspension, termination, preservation of records or legal reporting/disclosure where required or permitted.
